At roughly around the same time, I came across this rack which was under mistaken assumption pertained to another household appliance that no longer or in use until found old owners guide. The rack itself measures approximately 16 3/16 wide by 12 7/8 deep and the height of it due to bent corners that mount onto units side wall clips is 13/16 tall give or take.

As for the guide itself, well. I came across the temperature probe whilst doing a long overdue spring cleaning and had no idea what it was for.
