We broke the handle on lower drawer over a year ago and I replaced it with one ordered from sears parts direct. Did the handle on your Fisher Paykel dish drawer break. Its a great dishwasher, but original handles had design flaw that makes them break loose after repeated pulls. But when I opened the package, found that it was a set of two handles. The top and bottom drawers use identical handles, so if one of yours is cracked, this will work.

The installation is pretty easy - you can find instructions online. This handle definitely fits dish drawer model DD24DCTX7 - see images online. It may fit other similar model's too, but that's up to you determine. The old, weaker design doesn't have this slightly indented cup - its one surface all way across.

This handle comes with extra little round silver control buttons, but your old ones might be fine. You'll insert your existing display control unit into this new handle. No wonder it was so expensive.

Recently we broke the top handle too, so I went back to sears. So I went right to the source and ordered it from Fisher Paykel in new Zealand.
